Erin Campbell Pierce

Erin is a member of the General Civil Litigation practice group at Lyons Gaddis, PC. which primarily handles civil cases that are likely to be litigated and family law matters. On the transactional side, she does contract drafting and review, with an eye toward helping clients clarify expectations, manage risks, and prevent future litigation. She also handles probate matters, including guardianships and conservatorships, estate planning, estate administration, and probate litigation. 

Erin is licensed to practice in both state and federal court in Colorado and Washington. 

Prior to her career in law, she earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and spent ten years working in business development, compliance, and risk management roles. She attended the University of Colorado School of Law, and graduated with the Order of the Coif (top 10%) distinction. Following graduation, she worked for several years as a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas F. Mulvahill in the 20th Judicial District assisting the Court in writing opinions and conducting research for civil, domestic relations, and probate cases.
