With nearly 30 years of experience in the legal industry, attorney Diane Goldenstein has proved to be a key asset to her hometown community in Northern Colorado. After 10 years working as a prosecutor for the City of Longmont, Diane has been the sole owner and operator of her own private practice for the last 20 years.
With experience as a Police Officer, Prosecutor, and Defense Attorney, while being licensed in Municipal, County, State, and Federal Courts, Diane has a unique set of resources, knowledge, and expertise to assist with your legal matter. Her one on one, personal approach offers a true full service legal advocate to her clients that cannot be matched. A longtime NRA member and former CU – Boulder police officer, Diane was one of the top 10 woman shooters in the country while competing as a Pistol Marksman. She has translated that attention to detail and accuracy to her legal profession. Additionally, as a former collegiate rugby player at CU – Boulder, Diane takes the same tenacity that she displayed on the playing field to the court room as an advocate for her clients.
Diane stays very active in the Boulder – Longmont area by volunteering to participate in various philanthropic endeavors. Some of her proudest achievements stem from her experience as the President of the Mountain Prairie Girl Scout Council as well as her service to the Boy Scouts of America as the Scoutmaster for Troop 65. Her presence was so influential with the Boy Scouts that she received the Bronze Pelican Award from the Catholic Church in recognition for her for service to local youth.
