Diana Ringer

I was born and raised in Hessen, Germany, and moved to the United States when I was 17 years old as a diversity immigrant. I did not speak English but learned when I started high school in America. In 2016, I took the oath to become an American Citizen. In 2020, I went to Mitchell Hamline School of Law where I was accepted to attend their pioneering hybrid program so I could continue working full-time and gain experience in legal internships while simultaneously getting my law degree. I interned with the Boulder Police Department Legal Advisor during my first summer in law school and then did a year-long internship with the City of Boulder City Attorney’s Office where I gained courtroom experience. I received the Public Service Award from the Minnesota Justice Foundation for my volunteer pro bono work during my time in law school, and graduated with my Juris Doctor degree in 2023.
