Sean Christopher Lemieux

For more than 24 years I have counseled and advocated for clients on a broad range of family law matters at every stage of life, from premarital agreements and estate planning for new families, to representing a spouse in divorce and custody matters, to helping resolve the final affairs of a loved one. I bring creativity and common-sense to solving my clients’ problems, whether I am negotiating in a conference room or arguing in a courtroom. And yes, I will return your calls and emails!

I have had the privilege of representing clients at trial and on appeal in complex and cutting edge family law cases. I often have been a guest on radio shows, at public events and in media interviews to discuss family law issues. I also have had the honor of being invited by my peers to present more than a dozen continuing education lectures teaching other lawyers to do what I do.

After building a successful, state-wide family law practice in Indiana, and escaping to Grand County as often as possible, I moved to Colorado full-time and started a Grand County family law practice. When I am not working you can find me learning to mountain bike, skiing at Winter Park or hiking with my dogs.
