Sara A Evanczyk

 

Sara has dedicated her practice to family based legal services, offering Mediation, Parenting Coordinator/Decision-Maker, Family Law Litigation, Estate Planning and Estate Administration services.  Sara aims to achieve results that successfully balance the important social, financial and emotional issues in each case. She concentrates on efficiently finding solutions that meet her clients' needs while protecting their interests. Sara's solid insight into the financial aspects of the Dissolution and Estate Planning processes allows her to work with clients and opposing counsel to develop creative and effective solutions.  Sara works hard to minimize the trauma of the legal process so that her clients can concentrate on the new beginnings that resolution can bring. 

 

Sara is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Continental Divide Bar Association, Mediation Association of Colorado (Professional Mediator), Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (National and Colorado Chapter), National Association for Conflict Resolution, and the Women's Estate Planning Council. Sara has lectured to Attorneys, Accountants and Mental Health Professionals on Family Law and technology issues, including the Denver Bar Association, the Interdisciplinary Committee on Child Custody, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the Colorado Office of the Child's Representative. 

 

Sara donates her time and talents through pro bono work for the Northwest Colorado Legal Services Project and Eagle County Small Claims Mediation Program.  Sara is also a member and past President of Women of the Summit.
