Biography
David Boyer's practice is devoted to defending individuals in both state and federal courts at all stages of the trial process, including pre-trial grand jury subpoenas and target letters. David represents clients in a full range of criminal cases including mail and wire fraud, drug offenses, and firearms offenses.
It was David’s passion for the law and helping others that led him to becoming an attorney. He particularly enjoys appellate and post-conviction work.
David graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington summa cum laude and cum laude from the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law.
