OUTCOME: VAWA case granted and green card obtained

A client who was married to a US citizen was a victim of emotional and psychological abuse throughout the marriage. Client was put in removal proceedings because the spouse refused to cooperate as par ... t of abuse in the relationship. We helped the client by having the removal hearing case terminated in Immigration court. Additionally, we were able to get the client legal status by successfully filing a VAWA petition on the client's behalf.
