The team at Halligan has been not only very professional, but very supportive during one of the hardest times of my life. In my most recent experience, Heather White- (my attorney) not only accomplished our goal, but also allowed me to regain peace within my life. During the process she always went a...bove and beyond; providing her expertise, researching, and was extremely resourceful. There was never a temporary fix, it was 100% until our planned resolution was agreed upon. She has changed my perspective on continuing to fight for justice vs. hopelessness.  When Heather says, “she is on your side” that could not be a more genuine and sincere feeling. Heather just recently took over as my attorney when my other lawyer left the firm. I was initially concerned due to a court hearing that was scheduled less than 3 weeks later. My concerns were unfounded as she quickly got up to speed on my case and was able to handle the court hearing successfully a...nd ensured the judge understood my position. She truly my needs and concerns and works effectively to handle them. She is very calming and understanding and is exceptional at explaining the process and path forward.
