Biography
Jeffrey Stalder is a co-founder of Holt & Stalder LLC. Before joining Ty Holt, Mr. Stalder practiced at the law firm of Hall & Evans LLC for twenty-six years. During that tenure Mr. Stalder headed the construction department for a period of fifteen years. Mr. Stalder's practice includes a diverse clientele of prominent general contractors, subcontractors, private and public building owners, design professionals, as well as insurance and bonding companies. Mr. Stalder has handled numerous jury and bench construction trials as well as arbitrations. He has tried cases in most of the major venues throughout Colorado. Mr. Stalder received his BA from Stanford University from 1971 and his JD from the University of Colorado in 1974. He has spoken frequently on various aspects of construction law.
