We hired Cinthia to file suit against a construction contractor for a latent defect in construction of our property. The issues were complex, including possible time barred defenses, issues of proof and other matters that complicated our case. She was thorough, professional and tenacious. She has ...a command of Colorado construction and litigation law that saved time and outmaneuvered the opposition. Her deposition techniques completely flummoxed the other side and its witnesses so that we essentially proved our case via their testimony. She also was instrumental in assisting us in hiring the best expert witnesses that we could have so that there were no holes in our case that. She 'won' virtually all of the motions that were presented to the judge, again completely overwhelming the other side with her preparation and presentation. After almost 2 years of stonewalling and delay by the other side, we achieved a settlement where virtually all of our claims were paid in cash. Cindy was aggressive when she needed to be, but tempered when that called for, exhibiting a sense of when to push and when not to. She counseled us along the way so that our expectations were always managed expertly. We have the highest praise for the job that she did and were absolutely satisfied with the result, the cost of getting there and the attention that we received from Cinthia.
