Ruth K. Irvin

Ruth Irving was such a kind, patient person as she took my information (which took a number of hours, twice, because I have a brain injury and was very scattered about everything, including my history) that I will never forget her caring attitude! She reassured me that it was ok for me to cry, to be... angry, to be upset, to forget things -- and her staff is also terrific! Everyone was caring, pleasant, and made this difficult task as easy as it could be -- even though it was extremely difficult! She and her staff led me through the process of signing medical releases -- and they gathered all of my medical records for me -- as well as making sure that I filled out all the various forms needed for a disability claim -- I couldn't do that on my own, so I met with Ruth and she helped me fill them out correctly. I don't know what other hoops she had to jump through, but she did them all, reassured me when I was denied, and then did whatever needed to be done to help me get through speaking to the judge and finally getting on disability.
