Lawyer par excellence

Paul is possibly the finest employment lawyer you can consider engaging. He is ethical, thoughtful, very knowledgeable about employment law, and protective of his clients. My friend and I were sued by our employer in 2010, and Paul defended our case through to jury trial, appeal, and State Supreme... Court. The opposing parties even tried to bring the case to the US Supreme Court, which the court declined to hear. Our stance was that the employer, by bringing this case against us, was an abuse of power. That the employers case was not based in law, but to grind us into the dirt financially by forcing us to defend ourselves against a frivolous lawsuit. Paul, with keen insight developed from years on both side of the employer/employee prosecution and defense saw through this sham of a case, and brought a firm defense that ultimately won approximately a half a million in damages. If you have an employment related case, and you are considering legal counsel, then I would highly recommend that you seek out Paul Maxon and ask for his help.
