Prior to becoming an attorney, Matt worked for environmental and landowner protections and oil and gas policy reform for twelve years while he was working for Western Colorado Congress out of Grand Junction, Colorado. In 2014-2015 Matt served as a local government representative on Governor Hickenlooper’s Oil and Gas Task Force. Matt and his family live in Boulder, Colorado.

Mineral rights
Matt handled assignment of mineral rights to which I was heir but was not aware of. He handled the court action which assigned heirship to me. I couldn't have handled it myself. Matt knew what to do and how to do it.
