I always tell potential clients when I meet them that I hope they have a small case - a big case means someone is really hurt. With that said, most law firms will not represent "small" cases, as they ... don't believe there is enough immediate profit. I posted this case because I am proud to represent folks with small claims. It is the principal that an insurance company is not going to bully and save a dime on my clients, ever. We will always battle for our clients, and for their pennies, big and small.
