MOST ALL CASES ALL HANDLED ON A CONTINGENCY FEE BASIS -------After graduation from Princeton University, Scott worked in business and received an M.B.A. degree. After graduation from law school, Scott worked as a Corporate and Securities Attorney for a large AV-rated law firm and became a shareholder in the firm. In order to more fully serve his corporate and business clients, Scott eventually transitioned into the Civil Litigation area handling all types of Civil Litigation matters. Scott's legal experience includes not only private law firm experience but also experience as General Counsel for a Construction Company in Denver, Colorado and as Senior Assistant County Attorney for a large County in Florida where he handled both transactional and litigation matters. Litigation matters at the County included high-profile, muti-million dollar eminent domain cases and a large litigation case with Universal Studios involving 30 defendants. Scott has served as lead trial counsel and tried hundreds of cases. He has been AV-rated Preeminent 5.0/5.0 (highest possible legal ability and ethics) by Martindale Hubbell for many years and is a former Super Lawyer.
