We used this lawyer last year-he was paid in full & it took him 2 months to file our suit-was horrible with keeping us informed-we usually had to email several times & call several times before we would get a response back from him (this would be over a weeks time period-not all in one day) On our 1s...t face to face meeting not only was he late but the 1st words out of his mouth were "Nice to meet you, you've got 10 minutes"-who says that?! We would've fired him right then but he was already paid in full!! We told him up front there was a business involved when we got the info of how much he charges etc-he ended up charging us $300 more during the middle of everything and then he kept bugging us to get it paid-he mentioned our court date was coming up and we had to be paid in full before then... He did not tell us to keep making our HOA payment to the timeshare that the trustee took to "sell"-now we owe more than it's even worth and when we called (3 emails & a phone call) to ask him about it his reply was "I doubt they will do anything-I wouldn't pay it-but you're more than welcome to get a 2nd opinion" That's it! No let me see what I can do to help-I will contact their lawyer and send the paperwork he needs-NOTHING!! We found out at that time that the trustee has up to 2 years to decide what to do with it...I have never been so frustrated with a lawyer in my life!! I felt like all he wants is "cookie cutter" cases-get them in-get them out-everythings the same. I wish I would've found this website before we went with him-I did research him, aparently just not good enough. In the beginning before you pay him he is so nice and returns calls-very charming, but once you pay him-horrible! We would've fired him but you have to pay upfront to get your bankruptcy packet to fill out then meet with him in person and we couldn't afford to lose that money and start over with another lawyer. Lesson learned- do not pay in full up front...

I would highly recommend Nick for your Bankruptcy. He was there when we had any questions or concerns, Did what he said. He made us feel comfortable through the whole process. He was honest and always reassuring. Don't call anyone else. We wasted time and money on 2 other attorneys. Wish we fou...nd him first. Thanks Nick.
