My practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation, appeals, insurance defense, critical motions, extra-contractual insurance defense, insurance coverage, and other civil matters.

Before joining Wells, Anderson & Race, LLC, I was a litigation associate at another Denver law firm and served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Colorado where he litigated criminal and civil appeals in state and federal appellate courts.

My litigation practice focuses primarily on the defense of clients in diverse areas including, civil rights violations, constitutional law, wrongful death, contract disputes, construction defects, property disputes, premises liability, violations of privacy, and HOA disputes.

I have has litigated cases in federal and state court and briefed and argued appeals in the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the Colorado Supreme Court, and Colorado Court of Appeals.
