Michael Andrew Zywicki

I reached out to Mr. Zywicki after a few weeks of being represented by a lackadaisical attorney from a large firm. I started the divorce process with the naïve thought it would be cordial and agreeable. My first attorney was being bullied by the representation of the other side. I was manipulated int...o a nesting agreement while still living under the same roof that, unbeknownst to me, set precedence for split custody. The first time I spoke to Mr. Zywicki, I was feeling devastated, scared for the well-being of my two babies under two years old, and hopeless. We all need a lawyer at some point in our lives. Whether it is for something trivial or a matter of life and death. I am so happy I found Michael to represent me. I had an easy divorce with no complications(We all know where this is going!). Three years later my ex wife wanted to move to Switzerl...and. No problem! However the kids are not leaving here, I said. I had it all worked out with basically no snags, then her new husband lost his job he had gotten in Switzerland. I was blamed for him losing that job....Crazy, I know!?! So after that, here comes the court motions from her. I was in disbelief! We won the case easily, with simple parameters from the court to settle our issues. After we thought we had settled(for a quarter of what she was seeking and a little more than the true amount) I was extremely happy with the outcome. I didn't mind giving a little more than the true amount just to get this behind us. I felt it close enough. My ex and I had an agreement. Then She wouldn't sign it. Another motion was sent to Michael stating the parties could not agree and they wanted a judgement imposed of double the settlement! Michael had a response put together in a matter of days. Michael worked on so much of my case late into the night. I would recieve emails from midnight and later. He is amazing! We are preparing for the next court date now. I have full confidence we will prevail again. Michael always has everything ready. You don't need to look any further for a GREAT lawyer.
