We hired Emily for our immigration petitions. She is helluva greedy and a wrong influencer. Not a good adviser. We don't require a petition in the first place. However, she reached us to file the petition, we strictly said no - because it is not required for us at all in the first place. Firs...t, she tried to sell and it didn't work, then she reached out to our management. She said if the petition is not filed immediately and something happens to the candidate management will have to lose the candidate or have to face bigger problems in future. And of course, once you scare them, they will bend and try not to get into the trouble. So, they insisted us to file a petition that not at all required...very greedy lawyer.
