I hired this attorney late November of 2023, he enthusiastically accepted the case. He explained it as a clear cut case, without complications. Over the next four months communication from this lawyer was almost non-existent. I would email or call with a question or ask for a status update, and he... would get back to me after a period of weeks. The complaint was always going to be filed "early next week". At the end of the four and a half months (mid April 2024) he emailed me and said the case wouldn't be profitable enough so he was withdrawing his fee agreement and closing his involvement with the case. Of course he informed me that because my case involved a statute of limitations that I should work quickly in addressing my legal situation with another attorney. While not arising to the level of misconduct as far as I know, his behavior throughout his representation was unprofessional. Poor communication to the point of absurdity, and absolute misrepresentation of what he was actually doing during that four and half months. All he accomplished was damaging my claim substantially by endless delays
