If you wish to remain in F1 status then you do not want to use the TPS EAD.

It appears you are receiving legal advice from the company's US immigration attorney. Contact them with your concerns.
If they are over 21 years now but the nvc send them the invoices does it means they are eligible or what do we have to do?
