Some 3 year DACA work permits are valid. Contact a US immigration attorney to review the dates on her EAD and issue a clarification to the employer.
F4 Visa Principal applicant passed away month before the immigration interview.

EADs generally take at least 60 to 90 days. File a follow-up on www.uscis.gov or via iNFOPASS after the EAD has been pending for 91 days.
