If the B1/B2 is valid you may still travel with the valid visa. Having another visa does not automatically cancel a previous visa.
Does getting an XE in the transcript affect H1B visa selection ?
And will OPT be given after graduation with an XE?

These are not grounds for revocation. USCIS will revoke if the person is a war criminal.
