In change of status (L1B to H1B), Can exiting USA for 1 yr reset my H1B clock for next 6 yrs?

Absence of one year will generally reset the clock. The US company's US immigration attorney will determine the correct timing for the filing.
L1B maxout is June2016 & rcvd RFE on L1B to L1A, I-94 is valid till Oct2016. Can I stay until RFE resolved as per 240 days rule?

If you are the H1B, then a divorce doesn't affect your status. Contact your company's US immigration attorney.
Will filing I-485 before NTA is filled with the court still be under USCIS? assume I'm lucky and NTA took longer to be filed.
