Business dispute resolved quickly
We had a business partner who embezzled money from our company and then sued for damages when we fired him. Garth represented us and the case went to trial. After Garth cross examined the embezzler, he withdrew his claim. Case closed.

I have hired Garth twice to settle contract disputes. He is knowledgeable and will search out the answers if he isn’t sure of something. He has fought for me in both instances. I would not want to be on the other side of a courtroom from him. Good choice for a lawyer.
