I am a mediator and arbitrator concentrating on the resolution of business disputes. I help companies and individuals solve problems related to such matters as real estate transactions, contract disputes, business dissolutions, class and FLSA collective actions, insolvency matters, bankruptcy issues, insurance practices, employment practices, financial fraud issues, investment claims, employee benefits, and HOA disputes. I am committed to resolving disputes outside of the courtroom whenever possible to minimize the costs of litigation—time, money, emotions, and distraction--and enable parties to return their full attention to pursuing productive lives and profitable businesses.
