While Ms. Kaiser is honest and fair in price, she does not listen very well. My experience with her office was frustrating, as I would have to ask more than once to have anything done right, as if we we never quite speaking the same language. Replied last June 07, 2016This firm operates solely on what the Client wants to accomplish, and at times what the Client wants to accomplish is not legally possible. Ms. Kaiser is very straightforward in telling her Clients what the Judges will/will not consider in their courtrooms, and specializes in counseling Clients in all aspects of their cases, not just the way the Client sees things. Ultimately, Ms. Kaiser will litigate all issues the Client desires to litigate, and will do so to the best of her ability and experience, without compromising her Client's credibility with the Court and while continuing to maintain her outstanding reputation before the Judges. Ms. Kaiser invites any Client to discuss all aspects of their case, at any time.
