When our son passed suddenly we knew we needed help going through the probate process. Working with and through Ben made the process easy and understandable. The first thing he did was made sure we knew what the costs of his services would be and could be and the amount of time the process could tak...e and steps involved before accepting us as a client. Once our questions were answered in language we could understand we became his client. From there everything went very quickly in terms of documents required for becoming a Personal Representative, getting a TIN, entering probate and so on. We were notified of every step being taken. We could at any time contact Ben, we preferred email, and received a very timely response.
