I'm a transactional attorney with 25 years of experience helping businesses navigate contracts, corporate governance, and the legal issues that come up in day-to-day operations. Before launching my own practice, I served in an in-house counsel role at a private-equity-backed environmental consulting firm, where I managed contracts and legal matters across the architecture, engineering, and construction sectors.
I work as outside general counsel for small and mid-size businesses — helping clients draft and negotiate contracts, set up and govern entities, and build the legal infrastructure that lets a business run smoothly without an in-house legal department.
