Dario Aguirre

I submitted all of the lawyer and immigration application fees in November 2012 and never received any receipt/reference number for my case. After months and months of delay and excuses, it wasnt until this year in June 2014 that I demanded my money back. They only provided a partial refund. USCIS st...ated there was no record of my case in their database. I am out of over a grand and no record of my file. Even the immigration officer suggested we file a complaint against this lawyer.

I have been a client of Mr. Aguirre for many years. I have recommended his services to anyone who will hear me out. I have never had a complaint about Mr. Aguirre or his staff, they have all been very caring and helpful during my long intense process. He has always been fair and straight forward. hi...s office is very laid back, which makes everything so much better. I most definitely recommend Dario Aguirre!!!

Warning: stay away from this lawyer. I personally do not recommend him. He never respected our agreement and few arrangement. We paid more than what we initially agreed to pay for. He never started the process within the time he said he would. In general, none of his services were satisfying to us. P...lease be careful! He was rude, unprofessional who took more money from us than he initially said he would and he went back on his word.
