I submitted all of the lawyer and immigration application fees in November 2012 and never received any receipt/reference number for my case. After months and months of delay and excuses, it wasnt until this year in June 2014 that I demanded my money back. They only provided a partial refund. USCIS st...ated there was no record of my case in their database. I am out of over a grand and no record of my file. Even the immigration officer suggested we file a complaint against this lawyer.

He is honest and very professional been using he's services for 2 years now, doesn't waste you're time if he cant help you as other lawyers that I wasted my time with. Dario is mean and rude i spoke with his assistant most of the time because i couldnt get in touch with him and when i went to his office he spoke about my case in the lobby and infront of other people plus he said that i coulnt understand the process, really!!! Thats funny considering he didnt explai...n it.right and when he did he was rude dont waste your time or money with him search for a better option
