When we became foster parents two years ago, we never could have foreseen what was ahead for us as parents to unknown children at that time. We had no idea that we would have any involvement in the legal process of a foster child’s case and definitely did not intend to beyond observation. On our fir...st visit to court nearly six months into our sons case, we were asked a question about being interested parties vs. interveners and had no idea what that meant. None of the attorneys would tell us. After court, a bio-parent’s representative recommended that we hire an attorney and gave us the name of Tim’s office. We hesitated. It didn’t seem like our place nor necessary since our foster son had his own GAL. However, a few months later, after a report was released stating the potential harm that would result with another home move for our foster son, and discovering that the county was still taking the position for him to move, we called and spoke to Tim. We felt very much at east after that initial call, we could tell Tim was a great fit and that he really seemed to care about kids and their best interest and had an ethical approach to how he would handle himself in the courtroom. Tim never surprised us with anything and always spoke honestly about what could happen and did not offer us false hope. His knowledge of both the legal system and foster care system is extensive and he was well versed in all of its’ many laws. Tim explained things to us honestly and clearly throughout the process. He represented us for over a year and through two lengthy, contested hearings. Our nerves were well at ease within the courtroom with Tim being the best attorney in the room by far and explaining things to us in “non-legal” talk outside the courtroom. He was professional, kind and full of grace. We could not have hired a better man for the job. Our foster son had been through a lot in a short period of time and we’re so thankful that he has been given the gift of stability! Thanks to Tim, we now look forward to his adoption day in a few short months.

First and foremost- THIS REVIEW WOULD NOT CHANGE IF WE LOST OUR CASE. We did win however regardless of the outcome of our case Mr. Eirich believed in this case and he did his best to represent us and our children. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------...---------------------------------------------------------- I have wrote this review several times and then erased the entire thing. I wanted to express in the right words and convey my thought concise and clearly. Responsive & Informed- We were always informed, good or bad news, never left in the dark. Tim answered all of our questions, even if we sounded as if we were in left field. He would respond to calls and emails immediately, never had to track him down. Trustworthy- When we found out that our case was switching from Seth to Tim, I was terrified because I was afraid, Tim won my husbands trust from the first meeting. Tim was really trying with me, making jokes or being soft, I just couldn't open-up. I was afraid because the reality was THE LIVES OF OUR CHILDREN rest in his hands. I have never been with a more compassionate and caring attorney. Technically, it isn't apart of the job but he had real emotions and seriously cared about my mental state, emotional state and physical state. Yes, he really checked-in to see how we were doing!! Still brings tears to my eyes. Through this case we were also three months pregnant which resulted in a tubal pregnancy... two surgeries with chemo shots. Yes...he won my trust. He is very knowledgeable in law. We never doubted his competence / expertise. Tim displayed proficiency from day 1 to month 10! I must add his assistant to this review. Mrs Ondine was amazing in helping me feel comfortable in the court room knowing I had to face my abusive ex-husband, after almost 5 years. To hear the opposing counsel's lies and continuously referring me to my ex-husband's name, Ondine kept me calm and sane. One last positive comment, On our first appearance in court Seth, to whom we first hired, came to wish us well. The small things never go unnoticed. This team is amazing. I hope they continue to bless more families. Truly I say to you- between Tim and which ever judge, they are liken to a surgeon because the future lives of their clients rest in their hands.
