Biography
Bill Babich states: "In founding my firm over three decades ago, I dedicated it to be the voice of the injuried -- devoted to helping people whose lives will never be the same again. Bill is also recognized in the "Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers," and is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell -- the highest rating awarded by his peers for legal ability and ethical standards. Mr. Babich is also among an elite group of trial lawyers in the country privileged to attend and graduate from Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College.
Mr. Babich is editor of the Colorado Auto Litigator's Handbook, Third Edition, and is author of several chapters including: "Trucking Litigation and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations," and "Uninsured and Underinsured Motorist Claims in Colorado.” Mr. Babich frequently represents plaintiffs in commercial trucking cases, speaks at numerous seminars regarding trucking litigation, and is on the National Advisory Board to the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America (APITLA).
William Babich has served on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association for over twenty years and has served as co-chairman of the Interprofessional Committee of the Colorado Bar Association/The Denver Bar Association. He focuses his practice on major personal injury, traumatic brain and spinal injury cases, uninsured/underinsured (UM/UIM) motorist claims, and trucking litigation.
Mr. Babich is admitted before all state and federal courts of law in Colorado, as well as the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.
