I cannot say enough positive things about Courtney Baldwin. Courtney helped me with a divorce that is final as of this week. I was referred to her by a close friend with custody issues, and I’ve since referred a different friend to her for help with a divorce. She was amazing in all cases. She is ext...remely smart, knowledgeable, way beyond competent, prompt/responsive, detail-oriented, dedicated, professional, articulate, and kind. She does not over-bill, she is very honest. She advocates for her clients and wants the best and what is fair for her clients. The experience with Courtney had zero negatives or drawbacks, which seems rare when engaging an attorney. I trust her 100%, she practices law with integrity, and she is impeccable with her word which I value. It is so difficult to find a good divorce/custody attorney, I’ve watched others in the past struggle with subpar attorneys they’ve hired. I feel so fortunate to have found Courtney. My custody case was extremely complicated due to several reasons. I relocated to my home state and filed for relocation of my child. Due to several years and an enormous amount of evidence being used, Courtney was there for me every step of the way. She promptly advised and directed me through this d...ifficult battle. She never hesitated to file motions on my behalf that were crucial to my case. She even at times would ease my mind through the stress and had me work on the specific issues with my case so I could focus my energy on what was necessary. And because my out of state case was expected to be almost impossible to win, she remained vigilant in proving what was in the best interest of my child. She’s absolutely the most caring and professional attorney I could have hoped for and beyond expectations. With Colorado being a difficult state to relocate a child through the court system, she put forth the best case possible. She understands the law and handled my case exceptionally well. I highly recommend any parent going through a difficult case use Courtney. She’s knowledgeable and also takes care of her clients.
