I am Stephen Replin, a business, entertainment and intellectual property attorney at the firm of Replin and Rhoades, LLC (a/k/a The Replin Law Group, LLC). Our firm focuses its efforts on the legal issues of film makers, fashion designers, authors, screenwriters, publishers, agents, managers, musicians, labels, and other creatives.

A significant portion of our clients are entrepreneurs who are starting or growing their businesses and need strategic planning, document review, contract drafting, LLC and corporation formation, providing advice and counsel about fundraising, and other critical issues for small business men and women.
