Michelle was asked to join the distinguished legal faculty of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA), the premier attorney advocacy training program. Michelle has been a member of the faculty beginning in 1996 and has taught at the National Session, and the American Bar Association's Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute wherein the program's focus is teaching family law practitioners how to perfect their skills in trial advocacy and persuasion.
Michelle is also a trained mediator and arbitrator.
