Child Custody Case
I obtained Larry Leach to gain joint physical and legal custody of my child. During the consultation Larry Leach was positive that due to the circumstances of the case joint custody would be easily obtained. However after the initial retaining fees were paid he seemed to be almost dis-interested i...

He originally quoted me at most $3000 and in the end it has cost me almost double. The communication with him and his paralegal's is almost none existant, they d...

Larry M Leach
The office of Larry Leach is quick to take your retainer, but to get what is left of it is like pulling teeth. I saw an itemized bill. I spoke with him all of 10-15 minutes. I emailed him, he told me he didn't respond to emails, yet I was charged for that all. I was told by the accounting departm...
I am very disappointed in reading the above review not only because of the negative and disparaging comments made about me and my staff but more importantly because it is obvious from the comments that our former client still does not understand the circumstances surrounding her re-contacting my firm. There is no doubt in my mind which former client posted the above comment. My office manager spent just over 4 hours with our former client to try and help her understand the 2001 case and the circumstances to date. My office manager never charged for her time. I too spent several hours with our client in an effort to accomplish the same thing and never charged for my time. I also contacted a gentleman who is recogized as an expert in Social Security and I asked that he speak with our former client. This expert agreed and met with out former client and neither we nor he charged our former client for time or services. This was not a friend of mine; simply a recognized expert. After much time and effort, we explained that in order to continue with what our former client requested us to do, we would need to be retained. With a small retainer our former client moved forward and after approximately three weeks, much to my surprise, advised that she had retained another attorney. Any balance remaining in our retainer account is refunded to a cilent at the end of the month following the last full month following withdrawal. This is done because filing fees with the court are always billed in arrears and a withdrawal in June for example would not be invoiced by the courts until July and therefore would not be billed to the client until August. This review saddens me greatly.

My ex wife applied for a restraining order and got it because Mr. Leach advised that we shou...

I hired Larry Leach to assist me with a Child Custody case, and all this lawyer did was show up in court introduce himself and charge me $270.00 every court date. He took every penny I had and after all is said and done, I am back to square one and my $3,000.00 is gone. He never returned my calls; h...
