Anthony Joseph Cicerelli

Mr. Cicerelli was hired as my divorce attorney several years ago. In the beginning I thought he had my best interest at heart and that he was my advocate. As my case progressed, he showed less and less interest in doing what was best for my case. Communication was fair and updates were sporadic. Ther...e are many areas that he missed opportunities for me to have a fair settlement. I had to hire another attorney just to finish off my case since there were holes in this one. Knowing what I know now, I would have not hired him.

Tony was my attorney for a divorce case. I found him to be very knowledgable and his guidance through the process was very valuable to me. I thought he always demonstrated a concern for my interest in the case. I think he put considerable effort into keeping me on the path that would produce the b...est result for me, rather than simply what might be the easiest to accept - and what I very likely would have settled for without his advice. I think he gave me straightforward, direct advice which might be the only reason that I didn't make some concessions that I would very likely regretted afterward. The only thing that for me would be more helpful would be to get updates more often. Sometimes I wasn't sure if there were dates that I needed to be concerned about or I didn't get copies of documents very quickly unless I followed up on my own. I think for me the legal system is a comletely foreign world so I'm never sure if I'm doing what I need to or doing anything right, so at times some status updates might be more reassuring. Probably not the case for everyone. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate one bit to recommend Tony for legal advice. If you just can't stand someone who is direct and honest, maybe he's not for you, but if you really need someone to count on to work through the legal system in your interest, I think you can count on him.
