My 85-year-old mother was getting the runaround from a debtor and knew she had to sue. She didn't want to put a lot of money into it and started doing it herself, then asked me to look into it. What a relief that Jim could file for summary judgment and get her a settlement that was more than she was ...prepared for and paid out quickly. Mom was concerned about paying a lawyer a huge percentage, but his hourly rate, and the limited hours Jim billed, made it a wonderful and economic outcome. Will definitely call again!!

In my Opinion Jim is a Well Qualified Real Estate Attorney: He's Experienced, Knowledgable, Thorough, and Fast: We needed a "Personal Representative Deed" prepared by a "Real Estate Attorney" in order to Convey "Estate Property" to a Buyer: And we needed it Fast! I explained the partculars ...to Jim that evening, and he agreed to meet with me at his office following day. He then explained exactly which "Documents" he needed from me to prepare the Deed. As the "Court Appointed Executor to the Estate", I already had all the Required Documents. We met as scheduled the following day. He reviewed the Documents; made a few copies & a few calls, and prepared the Deed! He even agreed to have the Deed Recorded for us, If we could wait a few days: We met on Friday, & Park County is closed on Fridays... We agreed, which saved us the road trip! He was a Scholar and a Gentleman from the word go: He performed the services requested of him! He did so for a "flat fee" (Very reasonable) He was Prompt and Thorough! He saved us a road trip to Park County I would highly recommend him for Real Estate Services!

I would recommend Jim French to anyone going through divorce. It can be a very emotional and overwhelming process, but Jim did an excellent job of breaking it down into manageable steps and and helped me to feel confident in moving forward knowing that I would be supported.
