Client was a maintenance man who performed work at Defendant's facility in the 1963 until 1980. He was exposed to asbestos-containing components as well as pipe insulation during his time working at th ... e facility. Client died as a result of mesothelioma cancer related to his occupational exposure to asbestos. Suit was brought on behalf of his family against Defendant under theories of negligence as well as failure-to-warn.
