Joseph Stewart Cash II

When I first met Mr. Cash (Joe), I was not in the best state of mind. I was not ready to go through the process of a divorce, especially with children involved. I have heard and seen horror stories of cases where the father appears not to get justice in Colorado. Joe assured me that he would get... me through these processes. I felt a calm come over me after meeting with him and speaking to him face to face. I am not saying that it was easy, nor was it a joyful experience. However, Joe had more than once put me at ease through this process. In the end I faired far better than what my expectations were. Mr. Cash and his paralegal Kayla, are an exemplary example of what a good lawyer and his team can do. They were both honest and sincere, they took the time to get to know me and what my goals where throughout this process. At times those goals had to change, Joe was there with legal advise and knew exactly what direction to take the case. I am lucky to have found him. He was my third interview the day I hired him to take my case. He was the only one that made me feel like I had a chance. There is no price to put on what he did for me and my two boys. I will no doubt refer Joe to any person who needs a lawyer. His professionalism is bar none and his personal attentiveness was unexpected and most reassuring.
