COLORADO HEADWATERS LAND TRUST, Member of Board of Directors, Grand County, CO–July 2016 to Present 

. Assisting in the process of obtaining, monitoring and protecting conservation easements, a voluntary binding legal document between the landowner and the land trust that identifies the conservation values that qualify a property and permanently protects those values by restricting development, subdivision and other non-compatible uses 

. Participating in decision-making at Board meetings, overseeing governance and management of trust, helping the development of the trust’s strategic plan and objectives, assuring appropriate committee and staff resource allocation to achieve the trust’s goals, and participating in trust fundraising efforts
