Amber’s journey in the legal field began as a receptionist, progressing to paralegal, and eventually to becoming an attorney. With 20+ years of legal experience, Amber has dedicated her career to Family Law and successfully managed her private practice. She practices a variety of family law areas including, child custody, divorce, modifications, orders of protection, property division, and spousal maintenance.

Additionally, Amber served as an investigative arm of the court, assisting in cases related to parental rights and responsibilities, providing crucial insights to the judiciary. Her experience also includes a four-year tenure as a Municipal Court Judge in Ignacio, Colorado, further solidifying her expertise in legal proceedings.

Education

Amber earned her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from National University in San Diego, California, and her Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, also in San Diego.

Personal Background

Born and raised in Orange County, California, Amber relocated to San Diego after marrying her high school sweetheart, where she completed her education. Following law school, she moved to Colorado, where she has built her career and life. Amber is deeply committed to supporting families through their most challenging times with empathy, dedication, and understanding.
