As an advisor and an advocate, I represent corporate, governmental, and individual clients, and deliver consistently successful results, whether through pre-filing negotiations, settlements, or trial. Maintaining close, long-term relationships allows me to see the big picture, from both the legal and business perspectives, and to work cooperatively with clients to avoid disputes when possible, and resolve them efficiently and effectively when necessary.

To assist my clients in realizing their goals, I provide the level of  personalized attention required to gain an in-depth understanding of each case.  When an evaluation reveals that trial is necessary or unavoidable, I bring the resources and the experience necessary to frame, develop, and present a case in court, and have been recognized by Judges, arbitrators, and other counsel for my skill in examining witnesses and arguing cases at trial.  Consequently, trial of complex commercial matters is an increasing portion of my practice.
