Kristin Dittus took due diligence in researching the estate where no will was present. Since this covered jurisdiction in Colorado and New York we had to move at a pace that reflected on the laws in both states. The estate involved using a CPA in New York as well as an attorney in New York that wa...s working on a related case in New York. There were numerous communications with all the parties involved beside myself that made this estate a challenge to co-ordinate the satisfactory completion of the estate. Kristin used all the information from all the parties involved and finalized the estate in a timely manner. My personal interactions with Kristin were very positive and she listened to all my concerns with compassion and a true willingness to help. I felt that I was treated with respect and I was treated with decency above and beyond as a client.
