I want to be as detailed as possible for I know that the reviews helped me in hiring an attorney. My son received a very high speeding ticket (6pts). He already had 3 pts on his record. We needed an attorney to help fight this and get it reduced so he could keep his license. I am going to start o...ff by saying I contacted several attorneys. We are talking at least 6 maybe more. The first I contacted was before the original hearing and he had said it would be a miracle if he could do anything. We decided to go to the initial hearing without representation to see what the DA offered. Wasn't good enough. I asked for a continuance filled out paperwork to get a copy of officers notes for which they were never provided. I spoke with several more attorneys. One we spoke with simply stated her large fee said I can help but didn't have any interest in hearing about it what happened. Another just said if you wanted help you should have called before your 1st appearance. Some of the others just said they didn't think they could do much but if I wanted to hire them they could see. Now I called Mitchell's Law firm and I spoke with Tiffeni. She was great! She listened to the situation said she thought they could help but under NO circumstances was that a guarantee. She was very upfront and honest and didn't just say things she thought we wanted to hear to get us to hire them. The one thing she did that was different was told me how they would go about the case and get this, she told me what we could do in a worse case scenario if my son lost his license. No one and I mean No one said there were options if this happened!! We hired them! They were very reasonably priced. I did ask about price if we ended up actually going to court which was more expensive. (By no means are we made of money and my son was just going to have to deal with no license if this was the case. Lol) She did inform me that like 96% of their case are worked out prior to that point. Another bonus! Now we did not hear from Mr. Mitchell until right before the actual hearing but don't let that discourage you. I kept in contact with Tiffeni before hand to make sure everything was ok and if we needed to be doing anything. She always was very kind and got back to me quickly. Mr. Mitchell contacted us the morning of the hearing told us were to go and wait for him prior to going in. He came and got us went over exactly what he was doing. Came back out told us what he got worked out which was a little better than what we had hoped for. He was very, very kind told my son exactly what was going to happen next, where to stand, and what his role was. Everything went extremely smooth. After he spoke with us a little more about it and asked if we had any other questions. He was absolutely great to work with and will definitely be my go to attorney!

I sincerely believe that Mr. Mitchell helped me get the best possible outcome for my case in the county I was charged in. He was very educational throughout the process and helped me get through what has been an incredibly challenging point in my life.
