Michael Patrick Barry

Michael P. Barry is a veteran attorney in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) with over two decades of experience steering the corporate legal team at LMB Partners. His focus includes M&A, corporate business formation and planning, limited liability companies, contracts, estate planning and probate. Noteworthy transactions in his career include a $10.5 million asset purchase of a software development firm, a $14.3 million merger of a cannabis production and retail operation and a $9.8 million acquisition of a home health care startup focused on hospice care. He has also handled numerous business separations, demonstrating his prowess in resolving intricate business breakups.

A 2000 graduate with a B.A. from the University of San Diego, Mr. Barry earned his J.D. and LL.M. in taxation from the University of Denver–Sturm College of Law in 2003. He became licensed in Colorado in 2004.
