Cindy N. Pham

Cindy N. Pham is an associate attorney who focuses on business, commercial and intellectual property litigation, as well as copyright and trademark prosecution and enforcement. Prior to joining BRADFORD, LTD., Ms. Pham worked as a litigation associate at national and international law firms. Ms. Pham has extensive experience in commercial litigation matters in numerous areas, including business-to-business disputes, business torts, breach of contracts, loan enforcement actions, construction, mechanics’ liens, insurance, regulatory issues, racketeering, consumer fraud class actions, defamation, privacy and professional liability. Ms. Pham has also served as intellectual property counsel to several companies in the medical, cannabis, automotive, health and fitness, and food and beverage industries. Her intellectual property experience includes counseling clients on domestic and international copyright and trademark protection, initiating and handling trademark opposition proceedings, managing intellectual property portfolios, managing discovery phases for patent litigation, and drafting Markman briefs. She also has experience with proceedings before the United States Patent Trial and Appeal Board, including preparing petitions and responses in Inter Partes Review proceedings.
