Neil was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1979 and has practiced in the fields of workers' compensation and social security disability for over a quarter of a century. Neil was a Peace Corps volunteer in India 1966-68, after which he worked overseas for CARE for six years providing food relief and development assistance in numerous developing and war-torn countries.
