The breadth of Mr. Wool’s practice spans from toxic torts to pharmaceutical and medical device cases. Recently, Mr. Wool helped secure a $26 million verdict as trial counsel in Hardeman v. Monsanto Company, the first federal trial involving claims that Roundup caused non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Mr. Wool served as lead counsel for the appeal of Hardeman before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, where he achieved a complete win on both federal preemption and Daubert challenges.
